Interfaith Coalition Severe Weather Shelters

 

Interfaith Coalition’s Severe Weather Shelters welcome homeless people in off the streets on our coldest nights.

Shelters will be open from 5 PM to 8 AM when there is a snow storm or when the temperature is in the low 20’s or below.

To find out if a shelter is open call (360) 788-7983.

There are two shelter sites:
  • Men’s shelter -Faith Lutheran Church, 2750 McLeod Rd. (coner of Northwest & McLeod)
  • Women’s and children’s shelter -Garden St. United Methodist Church, 1326 N. Garden St.(corner of Magnolia & Garden St.)

Dinner and breakfast provided.

Transportation available from Salt on the Street. Pick-up at the Rainbow Center, 209 W. Holly St. and Church on the Street, 901 W. Holly St. from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
