Please fill out this application and follow the instructions to submit it. Paper applications are available at the front desk of Lighthouse Mission’s Base Camp at 1312 F St. and can be requested at local Bellingham social service agencies. Find out more about Agape Home.

The Ascent Program is a nationally certified provider of the Genesis Process & Programs, an evidence-based relapse prevention program for substance use and other self-destructive behaviors. The program combines biblical teachings with evidence based clinical practices to heal many of the wounds that afflict our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
Men can be screened for the program by going to Base Camp and meeting with our intake case manager on any Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m.
