Internships

Gain real experience doing meaningful work

Quarter-long internships across four tracks, available every season. We are looking for students ready to commit 12 or more hours per week.

Advancement

Support Lighthouse's fundraising, donor relations, and development work. Ideal for students in communications, business, or nonprofit management.

Base Camp Shelter

Work directly alongside staff in our emergency shelter. A hands-on, immersive experience in frontline nonprofit service. Ideal for students in social work, human services, or public health.

Community Engagement

Support volunteer coordination, events, and community outreach. Ideal for students in communications, marketing, or event management.

Program Administration

Support program staff with data, reporting, and administrative operations. Ideal for students in business, nonprofit management, or public administration.
