Living our lives
helping those in need
will learn & see
working together as a team
not a common war
assisting the poor
continually standing tall
knowing we can’t help them all
on really bad days
sometimes ask ourselves why?
then go home & cry
But keeps us right
to continue to try
to help even a few people per day
to change their situation
in a good way
will hear them say
just have to care
everyday to share
God’s given love
from heaven above
and be there the next time…
